Through the Trust Index© survey and Culture Audit© assessment GPtW capture both the employee feedback and the organisational practices that make up a truly impactful workplace culture.
We are proud to announce that Mason Advisory has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ (2024) by Great Place To Work®, ranking 74th in the medium-sized business category. This marks the fifth consecutive year we’ve been recognised, and the third time we’ve made the Top 100.
This accolade follows our annual employee engagement survey, highlighting our dedication to workplace wellbeing. Additionally, we were also recently recognised in the Best Workplaces for Development report, showcasing our commitment to staff development and continuous learning.
Romilly Gleave, Head of People and Talent at Mason Advisory, says: “We’re thrilled to have been recognised for our dedication to workplace wellbeing and development and our commitment to ensuring our staff are happy, healthy, and feel fulfilled. Wellbeing, staff development and business success go hand in hand as happy people produce better work, equating to happy clients. We continue to listen, adapt and tailor our wellbeing practices and personal development programmes to meet the changing needs of our team.
“We constantly work to normalise conversations around wellbeing and mental health, providing visibility and leadership support across the whole company. We have instilled a culture of compassion and understanding to support our people at times of high pressure and whenever needed, with dedicated people leader training to support colleagues. We have mental health first aiders, a women’s network, career advice, confidence coaching, mind training and a focus on connecting our remote teams to reduce isolation.
“Our people are our greatest asset, and we continue to be committed to ensuring all our employees feel valued and supported every day, with wellbeing and development being key parts of our company ethos.”
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK says: “Wellbeing, engagement, and trust between employees are critical ingredients to successful workplace culture. Now in our third year of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list, we’re able to showcase the leading UK organisations providing environments conducive to outstanding psychological, physical, financial, and social wellbeing. It’s no secret that by ensuring employees feel genuinely trusted and cared for, they are much healthier, productive and committed to the mission and purpose of the organisation.”
We extend our gratitude to our amazing team for participating in the survey and contributing to this achievement. Their commitment and feedback are essential to our success.
