Remembrance Day – honouring and supporting members of the armed forces who have died in the line of duty

Date:

November 2022

On November 11th at 11:00 hrs, people across the UK and commonwealth will observe a minute or two of silence for Remembrance Day, the annual memorial which commemorates armed forces members who lost their lives in the line of duty.

Every year on Armistice Day, we remember those who have fallen, and those who live on with the scars of their service. This year, having signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant, we commit to continuing that act of remembrance throughout the year: serving personnel, veterans, and their families deserve our respect, our understanding, and an opportunity to participate in the opportunities we offer.
