With over 20 years of experience in IT consultancy, people development, and high-impact talent programmes, Sam brings a powerful mix of strategic insight and hands-on expertise across both client-side and consultancy environments.
In her new role, Sam will spearhead the continued growth of our Consultant Academy — creating an environment where emerging talent can learn, thrive, and deliver impact from day one.
