To determine the 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces for Development, Great Place To Work® analysed confidential survey feedback shared by 240,000 employees working across the UK. Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organisation creates a ‘great place to work’ For All™.
Mason Advisory has officially ranked in the medium category list in UK’s Best Workplaces for Development, Great Place To Work®.
Our position on this list is driven by our employees’ input into our annual GPtW staff survey, which measures how everyone feels about our commitment to development, empowerment, and employee growth.
New for this year, the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List recognises how we prioritise the development of our people as a key part of our company culture. This remains a major focus area of our strategy this year, with the launch of the Academy, our approach to leadership, dedication to ongoing learning, the culture of knowledge exchange, and the ability to access resources – soon to be enhanced by the arrival of a Knowledge Manager within the business.
The accreditation also acknowledges the meaningful opportunities available to staff in supporting clients and recognising achievements by both management and peers. For us, development and training for us aren’t just about helping our staff do their jobs; it’s also about offering our employees the optimum experience, ensuring that they feel valued, and providing a clear path of progression for all.
